"Pat assisted us in two real estate transactions. We were very pleased with his work on our behalf. Not being from the area we relied heavily on his knowledge of the local market. He was creative in marketing the property, provided expert guidance on pricing and comparable properties, and achieved excellent results. We would rely on him again in future transactions."
